VIP Membership Agreement
1. Membership Overview & Eligibility
The Beauty Bank Membership allows Members to deposit funds monthly to be used toward eligible services and products at Real Aesthetics & Wellness. Funds accrue in the Member’s “Beauty Bank” account and can be redeemed according to the terms below.
2. Financial Terms & Monthly Accumulation
- A one-time non-refundable start-up fee of $99 is due upon enrollment. A monthly automatic withdrawal of $149 will occur on the same day of each month.
- A minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive months is required from the date of enrollment. No early cancellations are permitted.
- If a Member requests to cancel prior to completing the six-month term, an early-cancellation penalty of $149 will apply. This penalty may be deducted from the Member’s Beauty Bank balance if available. If the balance is insufficient, the Member must pay the remaining penalty balance in full prior to receiving any future services.
- If a Member has funds remaining in their Beauty Bank after early cancellation, they must pay the $149 penalty in full before accessing or redeeming their Beauty Bank balance.
3. Membership Benefits

Active Members are entitled to the following benefits during the term of membership: 10% off services, 10% off retail products, Exclusive member-only specials and promotions. Weightloss, consultations and labwork are not included.

Benefits are available only while the membership is active and current.
4. Use of Funds
- Deposited funds may be used toward eligible services and retail products. Funds expire twelve (12) months from the date of deposit and will be forfeited if not used within that period. No exceptions.
- Beauty Bank funds have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.
5. Cancellations & Termination
- Member may cancel after the initial six-month commitment by personally visiting the spa
- Cancellation requests must be made in person at the spa at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled withdrawal date (same date of sign up each month).
- Cancellations submitted after this time will be processed the following month.
Members may transfer their Beauty Bank balance to another individual only if both parties are present at the spa and sign a Transfer Agreement. Transfers are final and cannot be reversed.

Under no circumstances will Beauty Bank funds or membership payments be refunded. Member acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
8. Member Responsibility
Member is responsible for ensuring that payment methods remain valid and up to date. Declined payments may result in suspension or termination of membership and loss of benefits.
9. Authorization for Reccuring Payments
By signing this Agreement, Member authorizes Real Aesthetics & Wellness, LLC to automatically charge $149 on the same day of each month to the account or card provided until the membership is canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
10. Failed Payments & Re-Enrollment
If the payment method on file is declined, Lush Aesthetics & Wellness will automatically attempt to process the payment again two (2) days later. If the second attempt is also declined, the Member’s Beauty Bank membership will be considered inactive and will constitute an early cancellation, subject to the $149 early-cancellation penalty fee. This penalty fee may be deducted from the Member’s Beauty Bank balance. If there are insufficient funds, the Member will be required to pay the balance due prior to receiving any additional services or accessing their Beauty Bank funds. To reinstate membership, the Member must re-enroll in the program, pay any required start-up fees, and begin a new six-month commitment period.
