Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy
Services & Service Packages
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered or on pre-purchased service packages. Service packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened products or products returned after 14 days may be eligible for a spa credit if an adverse reaction occurred, subject to provider review. Prescription-grade skincare products are final sale.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Lush Aesthetic Bar team. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 'No shows' will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Additional Information
Lush Aesthetic Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a timely schedule for all of our clients.
