We have some BIG news for our Medical Weight Management and Hormone Replacement Therapy patients!

After working on improving our medication shipping process for what feels like forever, we are so excited to announce a major upgrade:

You can now receive tracking updates for your medication shipments! 🎉

This has been one of our most requested improvements, and we’re thrilled to finally have a better way for you to know when your medication is on the way and when to expect it.

STEP 1: Sign Up for FREE UPS My Choice

To receive the best tracking and delivery notifications, you’ll first want to enroll in UPS My Choice. The basic membership is FREE and allows you to receive delivery alerts and see incoming UPS packages.

Once you're enrolled:

1. Create or log in to your UPS account.

2. Enroll in UPS My Choice using the same name and home address where your medication is shipped.

3. Go to your UPS My Choice notification/preferences settings.

4. Turn on the delivery alerts you'd like to receive. UPS allows alerts by email, text, and/or app push notification.

5. That's it! UPS can now notify you when eligible packages are headed your way.

   
   

   STEP 2: Watch for Your Shipment!

This part is important!

When your medication ships, the shipment notification comes right to your email!

Don't delete it or assume it's spam —We intentionally use a discreet shipping name so that your package and tracking notifications do not advertise that you are receiving medication or identify our medical practice.

STEP 3: Follow Your Package

Once UPS recognizes the incoming shipment, you'll be able to follow its progress and receive the delivery notifications you've selected through UPS My Choice.

Please remember: Your medication is still being ordered and managed through our office just as before.

We know how important it is to know when your medication is arriving, and we are SO excited to finally be able to offer better shipment visibility to our patients!
